If you're already familiar with Andrassy Living, you'll know that we embrace white (and grey course), and favour pops of colour rather than a riot of it.  If we're talking walls (and/or floors), we love white and lots of it but be careful which white you choose.  There are millions of tones and hues to choose from in the white paint department but from experience, I'd go with Farrow & Ball's 'All White' - you can't go wrong.  Lots of you must have tried and tested white paints though so please share if you have a winning white.

Here are a couple of prime examples of why white really works.  They've added contrast with dark cushions & artwork, wood and a beautiful bunch of fresh flowers.  These natural additions work wonderfully with white.

White works brilliantly in kitchens too although I've shied away from white floors in mine as they get dirty so quickly (a dark wood floor hides a multitude of sins in a kitchen or hallway where there's lots of traffic).

So as you can see, our blog today is just an excuse to show you lots of gorgeous photographs of beautiful interiors (which I try to credit to the very talented photographer or interior designer where I can); and to shamelessly show off our 'All White' products, but here are a few more white rooms to inspire you this sunny (hopefully where you are) Wednesday morning.

And lastly, a shot of Kara Rosenlunds's house.  She's an Australian Blogger, Stylist and Photographer and I've followed her for a while now.  Visit her website for beautiful images, a great sense of humour and really inspiring blog posts (wish I was her really) www.kararosenlund.com

Have a bright, white, light-filled day.
