Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you can return it to us either for exchange or refund within 7 days of delivery.
On receipt of your purchase please e-mail us within three working days to notify us of your intention and to obtain a returns number.
A full refund (not applicable to the cost of postage and packing) or exchange will be given as soon as we have received the returned goods which must be undamaged, unused and in the original packaging please.
We can only credit a refund to the original purchasers card/Paypal account and the cost for returned goods are at your own expense except for damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. If you're returning items via Royal Mail, don't forget to ask for 'Proof of Postage' from the post office.
Although we make every effort to ensure your things are packed well to avoid damage, accidents do happen. If your goods arrive damaged, please email us photographs of the damaged items within 48 hours and we'll get a replacement sent out (subject to stock being available) or a full refund.
